About College

St.Peter's College of Engineering and Technology, a co-educational college, was established by Lakshmi Saraswathi Educational Trust in the year 2008. The college aims to impart training to students to develop their Intellectual powers, identify and cultivate interest and talents, and train them to become responsible and eminent citizens of India. The institution is spread over a sprawling campus with its calm surrounding, creating a study atmosphere. The institute provides a clean and invigorative environment conductive for higher education. The college runs nine UG programmes (Aero, Civil, CSE, ECE, EEE, IT, MECH, Bio-Tech, Chemical), five PG programmes (MBA, M.E- Applied Electronics, M.E-CSE, M.E-Engineering Design, M.E-Structural Engineering) and B.Arch. It aims to develop in to a top class professional institution in the years to come thus providing training to students to take up challenging assignments and contribute to national and international development.

About Departments

The Departments of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Information Technology were established in the year 2008 with the basic objective of providing a quality learning environment, in terms of inspiring teachers, state-of-the-art facilities, experience sharing and widening the knowledge, interacting with experts from academia and industry, facilitating the student in the process of growth in the communication and information technology fields. The departments are well equipped with modern laboratories with equipments and softwares. Apart from these, faculty members have expertise in the areas like Communication, Signal and Image Processing, VLSI Design, Wireless Networks, Databases, Data Mining, Cloud Computing, Big Data, IOT and so on.
